CRMのサンドボックス(テスト環境)にメールの送信トレイ機能が追加されました。

本番環境でメール配信の前に、サンドボックスで送信される全てのメールを確認・検証できます。ワークフロー、承認プロセス、一括送信など、あらゆる送信パターンに対応しています。
「メールの送信トレイ」機能を使うと、顧客へ送信する前にメールの内容を事前確認できます項目の欠落や書式の乱れなど、あらゆる問題をサンドボックス内でチェックできるため、本番環境でのトラブルを未然に防ぐことに役立ちます。

 1.送信トレイのカテゴリ

送信トレイは、メールを2つのカテゴリに整理します。
  • すべてのメール:サンドボックスから送信されたすべてのメール
  • 未読メール:まだ開封されていないメール

 

画面左側に「メールの送信トレイ」が新たに設置されています。キャプチャ下は画面を拡大したものです。



上記2つのカテゴリに加え、メールは「送信方法」でも分類されます。個別送信やワークフロー経由など、送信経路ごとにメールを整理できます。



 2. メールの詳細 

送信トレイの一覧では、各メールの主要情報をひと目で確認できます。
件名・送信方式(例:ワークフロー)・送信元データが表示され、データ名やタブ名はリンクになっていることで、クリックだけで詳細画面へ移動できます。


表示されるメールは、自身のアクセス権限と役割に応じて自動的に絞り込まれます。さらに絞り込む場合は、タブによるフィルタリングや、「今日」「今週」「カスタム範囲」などの期間フィルターが利用できます。

3. 補足

  • 送信済みメールは、60日間送信トレイに保存されます
  • サンドボックスが再構築されると、送信トレイ内のメールはすべて削除されます。
  • 削除されたデータに関連付けられたメールも削除されます。
  • メールテンプレートが削除されても、メール自体は表示されたままになります。
  • サンドボックスでは、送信トレイの項目とメール分析データの手動削除には対応していません。
