採用活動における活用法
ドットシンク社では、他社のリクルーティングサービスと複数のZohoサービスを掛け合わせながら採用活動を行っています。
社内コミュニケーションでのZoho活用法
Zoho Connectを中心に、Zoho CliqやZoho Vaultなど、実はZoho社内でも頻繁に使用されている便利な各種サービスの活用事例をお話しいただきました。
スタッフ教育・育成におけるZohom活用法
オンラインファイル管理ツールのZoho Writerでのマニュアル作成や、Zoho Peopleでのレクチャー動画の管理を使用することで、全員がアクセスできる形で社内ナレッジを蓄積しています。
リード顧客と顧客育成の取り組み
社内のタスク管理やコミュニケーションに加えて、営業管理・顧客管理も実施しています。生成 AIと各種Zohoサービスをかけ合わせて名刺の読み込み精度を上げている点は効果的な活用法の一つであると感じています。
各サービス活用事例を詳細にお話しいただけたことで、参加者の方からも「ぜひ自社でもやってみたい」や「すごく参考になる!もっと詳しく話を聞いてみたい」などの感想をいただきました。

グループワーク
今回は「Zoho Desk/CRM ワークフロー共有会」をテーマに実施しました。
各テーブルに別れてワークを開始。まずは、今回のテーマを元に各自ワークシートに共有したい内容を記載してもらいました。
同じテーブルのユーザーさん同士でそれぞれ実際の活用方法を共有し、その後各発表内容について深掘りをしたり、関連する内容についてディスカッションしました。
会場内の雰囲気や参加者の方の雰囲気も徐々に柔らかくなっていったことで、 より盛り上がりを見せていました!
Zoho Deskでよく来るFAQと、最近のホットな製品アップデート情報を紹介しました。
Zoho Deskは、ユーザー交流会後のアンケートにて、よく取り上げてほしいと要望の多いサービスだったため、今回このような形で取り上げさせていただきました。
懇親会(ネットワーキング)
セッション最後までご参加いただいた方は全員懇親会に参加いただきました!
アットホームで暖かい雰囲気が特徴の名古屋ユーザーグループらしく、皆さんざっくばらんにお話しいただいている姿が印象的でした。
ケータリングの食事も楽しみながら、各自のZohoサービス活用法や今後やってみたいことなど、終了時間ぎりぎりまで盛り上がりを見せていました!

Can't verify domain with AWS Route53
I have a domain successfully transferred to AWS Route53 from NameCheap. When I try to CNAME or TXT Records as suggested, they are added in AWS console however zohomail does not verify them. For the TXT record zohomail says the value is wrong, whereas for CNAME record zohomail can't find any CNAME record. I don't know what to do!
