Zoho活用事例セッション:Zoho Oneで決め打ちDX~導入過程からコスパ・タイパを極めて効率化~
今回は、株式会社T h e F l o wの若林さんに登壇いただき、Zoho One を活用した社内DX推進のことや、そもそも「DXとは何か?」というようなDXの本質に迫った内容まで多岐にお話しいただきました。

Zoho Oneの中で利用しているアプリ
Zoho CRM を中心に、Zoho Oneに含まれる各種サービスと連携して活用をしています。
自社では「SaaS事業」と「コンサル事業」の2つに分かれているのですが、各事業に適した形でサービスを利用しています。
Zoho Books とStripeの連携事例
弊社のSaaS事業では、他社のインターネット決済処理サービスであるStripeを利用しています。
StripeとZoho Booksを連携させることで、決済処理や管理をスムーズに行っています。
Zoho Booksの管理画面上で、Stripeへの連携設定が簡単に行えます。
また、項目名や自動決済処理・更新など業務の自動化も実現します。

グループワーク
今期の交流会では「Zoho CRM / Desk ワークフロー共有会」のテーマで実施しています。
今回も各テーブルことでユーザーさんにワークフローの活用法をアウトプットいただきました。
Zoho One を利用いただいているユーザーさんも多くいたことから、ワークフローを介して、サードパーティのアプリケーションや他のZohoサービスで処理を実行している事例など、その場でしか聞くことのできない貴重なお話をたくさん聞くことができました。
Zoho社員セッション:Zoho Desk FAQ解説とアップデートをご紹介
今期のユーザー交流会では、全3回とも弊社中野から上記のテーマでセッションを実施しました。
これまでも交流会のセッショントピックとして取り上げて欲しいと要望の多かったZoho Desk ですが、今回は「サポート窓口によくあるFAQ」と「最新のアップデート情報」の2軸で紹介しました。

数ある機能の中でも、自動化に関する機能は特にユーザーさんの興味関心が高く、質問も多くいただきます。
最新アップデートの共有
アップデート情報の1つ目は、コメント・スレッドのピン留め機能についてです。画面上部ピン留めできることで、作業途中のスレッドなどを見逃しづらくなりました。この機能の活用により、定常作業など効率も更に上がると考えられます。
