10 tips voor MKB's met Zoho Bigin

Het starten van een bedrijf is een flinke onderneming. Daarom hebben we 10 tips samengesteld die je een voorsprong zullen geven.
 
1. Wacht niet om je sociale netwerken te activeren: Twitter, Linkedin en andere sociale media kanalen zijn je vrienden. Geloof in jezelf, jouw bedrijf en je visie en zie hoe jouw klanten ook in jou geloven.
2. Stel onmiddellijke, korte -en lange termijn doelen. Wees pragmatisch, maar ga je doelen achterna.
3. Overdrijf niet met multitasking. In de meeste kleine bedrijven heeft iedereen een andere taak. Pas op dat je niet één taak opoffert in een poging ze allemaal tegelijk te voltooien.
4. Zorg voor back-up plannen en alternatieve mogelijkheden. Niet plannen is plannen om te mislukken.
5. Ga digitaal. Digitaliseer je boekhouding, verkoop en projectbeheer. Hoe eerder hoe beter. Op deze manier bespaar je veel tijd en geld.
6. Automatiseer alles wat je kunt. Je hebt al genoeg te doen. Automatiseer terugkerende taken door softwareoplossingen te gebruiken. Maar pas op dat je je persoonlijke touch niet verliest.
7. Content marketing werkt. Praat over je product, je bedrijf en je dromen! Zorg ervoor dat je SEO-zoekwoorden gebruikt in je teksten om je publiek aan te trekken.
8. Analyseer alles. Of het nu gaat om je uitgaves, de prestaties van je team of je verkoop, het is goed om bij te houden wat belangrijk is.
9. Luister naar je klanten. Feedback is essentieel, vooral als je net begint en processen kunt aanpassen voordat het te laat is. Vraag altijd wat je kunt verbeteren.
10. Blijf op de hoogte van nieuws, niet alleen in je eigen branches, maar ook in andere soortgelijke branches. Op deze manier kan je proactieve geïnformeerde beslissingen nemen, waardoor je een voorsprong hebt op je concurrentie.
