Ability to Change Custom View After Cadence Creation

Dear Zoho Team,

I hope you are well.

We would like to request an enhancement to the Cadence feature in Zoho CRM. Currently, during the creation of a Cadence, we can select a Custom View under the "Who is this for?" section. However, once the Cadence is created, it is not possible to modify the Custom View.

Benefit & Use Case:
In organizations where customer lists and segmentation strategies change frequently, the inability to modify the Custom View can be limiting. This enhancement would enable teams to:

  1. Adapt Cadences Dynamically: If business needs change (e.g., targeting different customer segments), users can update the Custom View without recreating the entire Cadence.
  2. Increase Efficiency: Reducing time spent on recreating Cadences ensures agents and managers can focus on driving engagement instead of reconfiguring campaigns from scratch.
  3. Avoid Duplication of Effort: Modifying existing Cadences will eliminate the need to create redundant Cadences just to accommodate new or updated Custom Views.

This enhancement aligns with Zoho’s goal of providing dynamic, user-friendly solutions that adapt to evolving business needs. It would offer more control and agility when managing customer interactions.
