Accessing email from mobile phone.
I am getting the message
"Unable to connect to email server to verify your account information. No response from server."
It is a new phone and I haven't accessed email on a mobile before. The settings the phone put in are:
Incoming Settings
Zoho Username: my email address
IMAP server: imap.zoho.com
Security type: SSL
Port: 993
IMAP path prefix Optional
Outgoing settings
SMTP Server: smtp.zoho.com
Port 465
Require sign in is ticked
If anyone can assist?
