Yesterday I got my Zeptomail account blocked due to too many hard bounces. My account is used exclusively for sending transactional emails (eg. your order has been shipped, a form has been filled, etc) and the sudden blocking impacted hundreds of websites we host. I sent two emails already and got not response. I also downloaded a list of hard bounces and sent to my team so they can plug the leaks (seems these hard bounces are due to form spamming) but in the meantime I have lots of websites whose mail sending capabilities have been disabled.

Need urgent help.
