Some small improvments you may done to simplify activities management from my point of view :

Call reminder option "On Time" is missing

Creating a activities on smartphone app creates a "done" activity; it would be more useful to create a new activity by defaut (or add a parameter in the app)

Date/time "to be done" for a call/ a meeting/ a task  are not the same fields (heure de rappel, échéance, ... in french) => thus you can't see clearly all you activity in the same time line which is a pity

Object by defaut for calls is not relevent "call with "contact name"" : would be better to have nothing (and be mandatory?)
