I am sure I am not the only one having this need. We are implementing billing on a 30-minute increment, with a minimum of 30 minutes per ticket.
My question is, is there a way to create a formula or function to track both the minimum bill vs the actual?
In other words, if a tech enters 5 minutes for a ticket, the system would record 5 minutes, but the customer field would display 30 for billing purposes.
If the tech enters 35 minutes, the system would record 35, and the custom field would record 60 minutes for billing purposes.
