I have a Telecommunication business and i am looking for a developer that can assist me in obtaining my custom requirement on to oho books. The most important of all is serial control Add In which could help me track the purchase and sales of my product. However such option is available in zoho inventory but it does not meet my requirements. On the other hand there are also various other requirements that i would like to have on to my zoho books account.

Firstly i want to confirm whether changes can be made or an additional Add In can be had in support with the zoho books.

Secondly what is the procedure that i had to followup to have my requirements.
