Adding a note / message / description to a shared file?

Adding a note / message / description to a shared file?

Hi there,

Is there a way where we can add some sort of a text description to a shared file?

This would make it helpful so that when we share a file we can explain why we are sharing it and add any other relevant information.

I thought a work around might be a 'review' but it seems the admin can't add a review?
