Allow Dynamic Department Selection in Zoho Flow's "Zoho Desk - Update Ticket" Module

Hello Zoho Flow Team,

We hope this message finds you well.

We would like to request the ability to pass the department as a dynamic variable within Zoho Flow's "Zoho Desk - Update Ticket" module.



Currently, this field only allows static department values.

Use Case:

In our workflows, ticket departments often vary based on customer type, issue severity, or support level. Enabling dynamic department selection would streamline our automation processes, ensure tickets are routed to the correct department based on logic within Zoho Flow, and ultimately improve our response times and team efficiency.

Thank you for considering this enhancement. It would greatly enhance our use of Zoho Flow and Zoho Desk for more flexible ticket management.
