First, thank you for introducing the option to schedule support calls via the Zoho CRM booking link. This has been a fantastic enhancement, eliminating the need for back-and-forth coordination when scheduling meetings.
However, we’ve encountered a limitation where Zoho One allows us to schedule only one such meeting at a time. If we attempt to schedule another meeting while one is already scheduled, we receive the following error message:
"You already have an appointment for a 30-minute meeting. You can reschedule your existing appointment using the link in your appointment confirmation email."
This restriction poses a significant challenge for us, as there are occasions when we need to have more than one meeting scheduled concurrently. The current limitation forces us to wait for the completion of one meeting before scheduling the next. This not only delays subsequent meetings but can also lead to operational inefficiencies, especially when the next available slot is several days later.
We kindly request the ability to schedule multiple appointments with Zoho Support simultaneously. This feature would greatly improve flexibility and efficiency, especially for organizations managing complex support scenarios that require frequent consultations.
