Assessments - Multiple feature requests
I recently tried to create an Assessment to collect certain info. from our candidates, but identified a few lacking features we'd need to see: - The public-facing TITLE of the Assessment can't be changed. What the candidate sees is always "Pre-screening Assessment for [Job Title]". This is OK for a skills assessment, but what if we're collecting other information, like Compliance info (gender, race, etc.)? We should have the ability to change the title that the public sees. - Reporting on the Assessments isn't possible. This means we'd never be able to run metrics and see which questions are consistently answered incorrectly, etc. This is a must-have for Assessments to make sense. - Currently, assessments are tied to a candidate's Rating. For companies like us that don't use the rating system, it doesn't make sense to tie it to rating. Thanks!
