We understood that a candidate has a Candidate status, a general one and sometimes several candidate status for job openings.

How the system choose the Candidate status, among several candidate status for job openings ?

The is a bug in the Associated list. In a Job opening file, associated candidates are listed. But the status of each is not the candidate status for this job opening. This is the general Candidate status. This information at this place is not correct.

In the associated list design module, it couldn't be change.

Please could fix this bug. Thx
