Automate Renewal Process (including auto price increases)
Hello There,
First post here!
We have been using various ZOHO applications for multiple businesses for a few years now and we have recently started using ZOHO subscriptions.
What we are trying to achieve is:
We are an insurance company for consumers and in our specific industry we have yearly price increases. From point of sale auto renew our customers in 1 years time with price increases already set with a workflow from original point of sale:
Example:
Mr Smith signs up to a plan at £10 per month on 10/07/2019, in 1 years time his price will increase to £12.
What we really want to achieve is to automate this process from point of sale so that the customers plan automatically sends out a renewal email X amount of days before his renewal date and then auto charges the customer on the increased price plan.
Some help would be very much appreciated,
Thank you very much,
JB
