Dear Zoho Assist Team,

We appreciate the session recording feature in Zoho Assist, which automatically saves recordings to the cloud once a session ends. However, we would like an automated way to transfer these recordings to external storage, such as Amazon S3 or other cloud storage services.

Feature Request

Please provide a built-in mechanism that automatically moves session recordings from Zoho Assist storage to an external storage location, such as Amazon S3, Google Drive, or an FTP server.

Why This is Needed

• Currently, we can manually download recordings or do a API requests in bulk and then move them to our preferred storage. While this works, it requires additional development effort and manual setup.
• A direct internal integration would significantly streamline this process, ensuring recordings are securely and efficiently stored in our own infrastructure without manual intervention.

Benefits of This Feature

• Saves Storage Costs – Allows businesses to store recordings in their own cloud environment instead of relying on Zoho’s storage.
• Improves Workflow Automation – Eliminates the need for custom scripts or manual API requests.
• Enhances Data Management – Enables businesses to maintain recordings in their existing storage ecosystems with better control over retention policies.
