Best way to charge a fix percentage increase instead of a fix price for an item
Hello Zoho subscription community members! Here's the situation we are trying to solve and for which we need your help/input : Some of our product's pricing is based on a fix % increase of the client's total subscription. For example, instead of charging a fix price for a sandbox environment, we charge a 10% increase on the base price of the subscription. That way client with a 1 000$/year sub pays an additional 100$/year for his sandbox and a client with a 100 000$/year sub pays an additional 10 000$/year for his sandbox.
I first though I could achieve this with a negative value coupon (Coupon discount is -10%), because it had all the right features to allow me to reach my goal (can only be applied to certain addons, can be recurring, can be removed without affecting the rest of the sub), but discovered that negative values weren't authorised for coupons :(
Do you have any suggestions as to which path would be the best to achieve my objective? I haven't created an idea on the portal yet because I wanted to see if there were other options I had missed before going ahead and suggesting a feature.
Thanks for your support, it's always greatly appreciated!
