Bigin - Locale is set correctly but emails are showing a time stamp that does not match locale.

Bigin - Locale is set correctly but emails are showing a time stamp that does not match locale.

Why are email time stamps showing as though they are reporting from a different time zone. My locale is setup correctly under the organisation settings but the timestamp is not correct.
