bug in zoho sheet

This has happened multiple times when I import an excel spreadsheet file to zoho sheet. Nothing comes up except large cells with no data in them, and half the time there is a message saying "loading . . ." but it just freezes up. This doesn't happen on all spreadsheets, just certain ones. So I have to continually upload the spreadsheet to zoho and hope that it loads correctly.
