Bulk Download - Absurdity of having to pay for same
I remember when I first found Zoho Writer. Exactly what I had been looking for: document editing and storage in a browser. I loved it, so I wrote there exclusively for years. Time went by, and I moved on to other writing services for various reasons that have nothing to do with the zoho product.
Now I want my old stuff out of your service, but I apparently "DON'T HAVE THE RIGHT" or "DON'T HAVE THE PERMISSION" to take ****MY STUFF**** out of your service.
So that I am redirected to an "upgrade your plan" page which is explicitly said to not require a CC which of course totally does require a CC.
So-called integration with Google Docs is only a way to open GDOCS stuff in zoho's suite - cool, I suppose, but certainly not any kind of cross-platform ability to write home about.
Methinks the lady (zoho) doth protest to much re: people moving things freely out of their services.
So I am forced to ask the obvious elephant in the room question:
Who the fuck do you think you are, Zoho?
How arrogant must you be to propose that I should now pay you for the privilege of zipping up my files and downloading them. Oh, the stupidity of me for using your nascent, fledgling service lo those many years ago. I should have known that you would obviously decide that the only way to get my shit off your service is to pay you some nominal fee.
Get a clue!
