Can\'t Save: Internal Server Error 500


I just getting started here, and trying to decide if I can actually rely on Zoho Sheet.

Here's the deal: it looks great, great functionality, BUT, I am regularly not able to SAVE the file after making changes. At some point during an edit, I start getting a dialog box that says
"Error 500: Internal Server Error. Kindly reopen the file and try again."

Of course, I'm trying to save the file. So, to "reopen", I have to bail out and abandon changes. This has happened while I am doing relatively simple formatting things -- on a variety of fronts. It's not easy to know exactly what triggered the error.

I don't mind bugs, and errors that precluded the use of a particular piece of functionality. However, errors that cause me to lose my work go into the "I-shouldn't-be-using-this-software-yet" category.

I love the quality of all your products, so I am hoping this is something that can be addressed soon. I'm a Zoho fan.

BTW, I'm running XP PRO (SP2 all the updates) with Firefox 2.x.x all the updates, on a HP L2000 (AMD 64) [also on a Mac Powerbook G4].
