can't open word doc that is 1.7mb in size
I uploaded a word doc to my folder and zoho docs just can't open it. Its 1.7mb in size. Other excel and word docs open fine but they are smaller in size. A 1.7mb file is not that big. The same file opens on windows live.
I get an error message 'the preview is being generated and could take a few minutes. A few minutes would be too long even if it did open but it never does.
