Here is the question I have:

 

Is there a way I can create a bunch of leads without assigning it an owner?

 

What I want is for my salespeople to pick and choose their own leads without me assigning them..

 

right now all leads are owned by me because I created them... is there a way I can have no lead owner until they assign it themselves???
