I tried to forward a set of applications to a customer. Unfortunately the system sends for each selected candidate a single email to the customer and I am sure he wouldnt like me to stuff his email account with dozens of emails each day. So I thought, ok if that doesnt work, perhaps I can just send an .xls file with the candidates to the customer as an attachment. The issue is, that I cant export a selection of candidates; I can only export all of them at once (up to 1000). So that doesnt work either.

Is there any way that I can send a set of candidates to a customer without stuffing his email account or grapple with huge .xls lists and at the same time keep track of which candidates have been forwarded and which havent?
