Once candidates become associated with multiple jobs, it seems that tokens begin breaking in outbound e-mails, etc. from the system. For example, {Job.Id} produces a null string as the system does not know to which job is being referred.
It does not appear that Zoho knows how to handle candidates when they are applying to multiple jobs, or track their submission pay rates/bids on each job they apply to.
There does not appear to be a way to un-associate candidates using workflow automation to prevent outbound e-mails from breaking in this case.
For example, our "thank you for applying" mail works on round 1, but appears totally busted to candidates on round 2 when the candidate has 2 job associations in the system.
