Cannot import a file or paste data

I'm trying out Zoho Sheets in the hope that I can post a simple Excel schedule to enable collaboration by 4 people. So far, I have been unabe to either import the file or simply paste the data into the online sheet.

It would be great if this online application works, but so far it hasn't for me.

I'd be happy to send the file directly to this site's administrator so he/she might try his/her luck with the file.
