Cannot Load Very Important Spreadsheet

I am managing a very important project for my company, and have recently started using Zoho sheets to consolidate all project related information in one place. This worked fairly well until recently, when I tried to access my spreadsheet and was unable to do so. Every time I try to load the spreadsheet, the website continuously loads without actually opening up the document. I have tried accessing the document using multiple browsers (Firefox 2 and Safari 2.0.4), but to no avail.

My account name is brainage_study and the spreadsheet is entitled "Master 4.9." It is the only document in my Zoho Sheets account. Thank you for your time, and I appreciate your help in resolving this problem.
