Catch-22. I can't reactivate but Zoho keeps my money!
Zoho is billing me, but when I sign in I am told my account is INACTIVE.
I email accounts department at Zoho and they tell me to logon and downgrade my account to Free.
But I can't logon because my account is INACTIVE.
So does Zoho bill me forever for a service I cannot access?
