Enhancements in Invoices and Subscriptions module

Hello everybody, 
This month we've made some changes to the Zoho Subscriptions applications to make things easier and efficient for you guys in the Invoices and Subscriptions module. In this post, I've jotted down all the changes that we've made to give you all a heads-up.  So, let's just dive in!

First, I'm going to list down the changes we've made in the Invoices module. 

1) Additional Default Filters
2) Search using Amount Range, Addon and Custom Field
3) Bulk download and delete
4) Reason field when you Void/Write Off/ Open a voided invoice/cancel the write off
5) Email content for Invoice Notification Email Template

1) Additional Default Filter

We've now added additional filters such as Payment Initiated, Void, Unpaid & Write Off to help you group invoices easily. 



2) Search invoices using Amount Range, Addon and Custom Field

You can now search invoices using Amount Range, Addon and Custom Field.



3) Bulk download and delete

You can now bulk download invoice as PDF and delete invoices.



4) Reason field when you Void/Write Off/Open a voided invoice/cancel the write off

You can now add reason/description when you void/write off/open a voided invoice/cancel the write off. Also, while writing off an invoice you can specify the date on which the invoice was written off.



5) Email content for Invoice Notification Email Template

The email content for Invoice Notification email template has been updated. You can wish to change it to your needs from the Email Notifications screen under More Settings. 

Next, in the Subscriptions module, we've made the following enhancements. 

1) Additional Default Filters
2) Search using Addon and Custom Field
3) Additional column and Custom Field support for Custom View

1) Additional Default Filters

Like in Invoice module, we added some additional filter for Subscriptions such as Trial Expired Previous Week, Trial Expiring Next Week, Having Unpaid Invoices (Retrieves Subscriptions with Unpaid Invoices) and Non Renewing.



2) Seach using Addon and Custom Field

You can now search subscriptions using specific Addon and Custom Field.



3) Additional column and Custom Field support for Custom View

Subscriptions custom view now supports additional columns such as Cancelled Date Created On Trial Expiry Date. Also, you can add Custom Fields to the view you create.
