Is there a way to use DataPrep to compare the Account_Name in CRM Accounts to a column in a spreadsheet?

Account Name in CRM is unique. I want to try to catch, before import, Account names which might be duplicates that a human could recognize, but which are not literal exact string matches.

This could be a one-by-one human examination of possible matches identified by DataPrep.
