Hi there, I think an amazing feature that you can provide with Zoho that would set you apart even more is 'Boards' and the option to create boards for recruitment campaigns or tracking the candidate stage in the recruitment process. Examples are Trello.com and Recruitee.com. Would love to hear your feedback on this idea. Thanks, Ardy
