I had an previous ticket (#116148702) on this subject. The basic problem is this; the "Fetch Details" feature works fine on the first attempt but fails on every subsequent attempt, Back in July after having submitted information electronically and was informed " that we have successfully reproduced the issue on our end and our development team is currently working on a fix with high priority. The fix is expected to be rolled out within the next 3–4 weeks"
