Since working from home has become such a big thing, there are certain controls that companies need to have over remote employees. One is that as a company, we should be able to customize and restrict the statuses in Cliq. For instance, the "Away" and "Invisible" mode for us is unacceptable.

If you work in an office as most of us do, You have to come to work (check in), Go home at the end of the day(Check-out) and then during the day take short breaks as needed and take a lunch. Those are fine. We do not allow employees to close their door all day (Unavailable or Invisible) unless they are on a conference call (cliq takes care of that). We as a company need to be in control of that and be able to disable that.
