Cloud SQL external data "Problem in configuring WebData."

I have a Zoho Spreadsheet in which I have several external data links from Zoho Reports via Cloud SQL.

After creating the shhet several weeks ago, the links pulled the data in flawlessly.

Now they're all broken saying "Problem in configuring WebData."
When absolutely nothing has changed.
