Hey everyone,
I want to have an "account-centric" Zoho, where the main part is the "Account" and other parts like "Contacts", "Deals", "Projects" are linked to this "Account".
Tricky part is, that I have different layouts for different departments, and I need that all users from all departments have access to all information/fiels under "Account", but limited access to "Contacts" and "Deals".
For example, user from department A can see all the information under company ABC, but have limited access for "Contacts" (he/she should only see the First name, Last Name and Titel, no access to phone number or email, if the user is not the owner of the contact), the same same with the deals (the user should have visibility for deal name, product, deal owner, and when the deal was created, but no other info that might be in the deal).
With the same logic, user from department B can see everything, if he/she is the owner, but the same access limits for remaining info, if the contact and/or deal owner is someone else.
Do you think this is possible? If yes, how can i do it or are there any tutorials for this kind of access managemenet.
