These days I'm around here a lot since I just subscribed to zoo books and thanks god for the great system it is easy to setup and use.
I have couple questions as following:
1) Is it possible when customer accepted an estimate to create a sales order instead of creating a bill? I'm not sure how global are being used the sequence but in Saudi Arabia we used to do the following:
- Sent the estimate to the customer
- Accepted
- Sales order generated with the payment instructions
- SO Paid
- Invoice created for customer's record
If such sequence is used globally, then zoo books should able to do the same sequence too.
2) Does the client portal have a mobile app?
3) If a primary contact have several contact persons in one record and I configured the client portal for all (by ticking on contact's e-mail along with his associates) will they:
- All receive the invitation e-mail?
- Each one has his own access and password?
4) When I record (money-in as a customer payment) and then I ticked the option to send thank you to the customer, where shall I find a copy of the thank you e-mail? I checked activity report then system e-mail nothing their !
5) Is it posible to stop the ads show after my login? (i.e. zoholics registration).
