Designing a personalized CRM interface just got even easier.

In today’s fast-evolving digital landscape, AI is transforming the way we work by automating complex tasks and enhancing productivity.

Canvas has always been about giving you the freedom to design your CRM the way you want—no code, no limitations. And now, with Zia stepping in, we’re taking it a step further. You can now generate Canvas list view templates directly from an image, saving you time and effort while still maintaining a polished, professional look.

Whether it’s a design mock-up you created, a screenshot from another system, or even a photo of a printed layout, Zia can intelligently pick up the structure and content to recreate it as a CRM-ready template.

Here's how it works:

Upload any image with a list view layout, and Zia will begin processing it. You can re-size, crop, and adjust the image as needed.

You’ll see a new canvas appear in your list, marked as "Processing." Once it’s ready, you’ll be notified and can jump in to review and fine-tune the layout.

Zia’s image recognition engine will detect design elements—boxes, text blocks, and visual groupings—and auto-generate a layout that mirrors the original. You can edit, re-arrange, or re-style it just like any other Canvas view—before finalizing and publishing it for your team.

Zia also pulls out the text content from the image and lets you map it to CRM fields. You can choose to do this manually or let the system auto-map fields based on what it recognizes.

If your image has multiple related text snippets, you can even combine them—like using one line as a field name and another as the value—giving you more control over how the data is structured.

That's all for the announcement. Let us know your feedback in the comments below.
