Customize the slideshow to suit your audience - Zoho Show.

Let's say you have a huge presentation to deliver to the board members of your company. And the following week you have to present portions of the whole presentation to different departments, such as sales, HR, and product heads. What do you do now? Copy-paste to create several individual presentations or delete unwanted slides from the original presentation? All of this could be laborious and time-consuming. 

Instead, choose to do this.

Create a Custom Slideshow on Zoho Show. With the custom slideshow feature, you can create a small presentation from your main presentation by selecting only the slides that are appropriate for a particular group instead of the entire slide deck.



1. Name your slideshow -  Build a new custom show, name it and start adding your preferred slides into the custom show area with a quick "Add" button. After creating one, you can modify the sequence of slides or remove unnecessary slides.

              

2. Manage custom slideshows - Manage/modify all of your custom shows from one place, the "custom show area". If you want to create more custom shows, then click "Create New" for a new one or to make a duplicate of the selected show with the "Copy" option. Copying is very useful when you want to create similar presentations where only a few slides differ. You can even delete an existing or selected slideshow.

              

3. Play to your target audience - Open the main presentation, choose to play the custom show for your specific audience and present slides on the full-screen view. As you deliver, highlight slide content using the pen/pointer tool and zoom in to emphasize important points.

      It seems like it is not possible to display/hide the knowledge base from the help center per department.  Is there a way to do this? It looks like all department knowledge bases are displayed if they are public, and there is no way to hide one from the help center while keeping it accessible via a permalink URL. For example, lets say I have one KB for Clients and one for Employees.    I want to keep my Clients KB public, and also want the Employees KB to be public, but NOT displayed in the help center.
