All of us in business know that when you get your priorities right, your business grows. Zoho CRM and Zoho Books are excellent products, but sadly, Zoho Inventory continues to lag behind.
Just this morning, I received yet another one-sided email about “new streamlined menu updates.”
Really?
Is this where the focus is—disrupting user habits with cosmetic menu changes—while thousands of us have been waiting for years on core functionality that remains missing? Things like a proper Bill of Materials, the ability to receive more items than ordered, and other long-standing requests.
I truly hope the CEO of Zoho reads this and realizes that Inventory desperately needs to get its priorities right. Come on Zoho—just go through the years of user feedback and you’ll see the same desperate pleas for transparency, timelines, and meaningful improvements.
We’re not leaving the Zoho ecosystem—there are too many good things here—but the frustration is very real.
