Deleting rows - but are they really deleted?

I pasted a bunch of cells into a new sheet, and then went to delete the cells I did not want. At the bottom of each column I created a total. The total is completely inaccurate.

When I "preview" I see that the deleted rows re-appear, and that's the reason for the weird total.

Now I'm stuck with a sheet with cells I've already deleted that are still in there, somewhere.
