Discrepancy in groups

Discrepancy in groups

 Either I don't understand the interface or there is a discrepancy in group memberships. I have a document I am trying to share. When I click the links under writer.zoho.com to share to a group ("NCSU Basic Camp 2009" is the name) I see the group with six members and 32 pending. The links I refer to are Share / Add Groups / My Groups / Edit (for the group). Now I go to personal.zoho.com and click Contacts. I see the "NCSU Basic Camp 2009" group, but with only two members. This more than 12 hours after creating the group and more than 8 hours after adding members using the Writer page so server update speed should not be a problem.

Am I missing something? I can get screenshots of this if necessary.
