I have all of my companies data in Zoho Analytics and now want to use it to prepare regular reporting for my SLT. They currently produce a Word document with screen shots of various reports…
I have tried using Zoho Show with embedded views to key reports and although it looks great, the embeds are a ‘live’ view rather than a snapshot of the data at time of reportings. And the download to powerpoint only returns broken images.
I then tried Zoho Writer which can add snapshots of analytics data, but each report needs to be looked up manually via the Analytics extension and added to the document (and I have a LOT of reports) so for other individuals to do this risks exposing all the company data to individuals who shouldn’t have access.
I want to be able to :
a) Have a template where users can add commentary
b) Link with Zoho Analytics
c) Not look awful 😶
