I am experiencing a sudden issue with the Double Opt-In feature in Zoho Forms. Starting today, when I submit any form that includes an email input field, the expected confirmation email is not being sent to the entered email address.

Issue Details:

  • This issue affects all forms in my Zoho Forms account, not just one.
  • Before today, the Double Opt-In feature was working correctly, and confirmation emails were being sent as expected.
  • Starting today, no emails are being sent, regardless of the email address used.

Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

✔ Checked spam/junk folders.
✔ Tested multiple email addresses, including different domains.
✔ Verified that the Double Opt-In feature is still enabled in form settings.
✔ Ensured that email notifications are active.
✔ Tested across different browsers and devices.
✔ No recent changes were made to my form settings before the issue started.
