Drag-and-Drop Customization Interface for Help Center in Zoho Desk

We’d like to submit a feature request regarding the customization of the Help Center in Zoho Desk.

đź”§ Current Limitation:

At present, Help Center customization options are quite limited through the Zoho Desk interface. While a few basic changes can be configured directly, most meaningful customization—such as layout changes, branding tweaks, or adjusting the structure and translation—requires direct editing of HTML and CSS. This creates a barrier for teams that do not have dedicated developers.

đź’ˇ Proposed Enhancement:

We kindly request the addition of a drag-and-drop visual editor for customizing the Help Center. The goal is to enable users—especially non-developers—to design and personalize their Help Center pages more easily, with no coding required.

We recommend looking into inspiration from Zoho Landing Page Builder, which already offers an excellent and user-friendly visual editor. Bringing similar capabilities into Zoho Desk would greatly enhance accessibility and flexibility.

🔤 Additional Suggestions:

  • Support for editing and translating section titles and UI text directly from the visual editor

  • Option to easily reorder and manage categories, sections, articles, and widgets
