eBay Final Value Fees Formula

Hi,

Does anyone know if there is a way to produce this formula in Zoho?

=ROUND(D2*1.5%+MIN(D2,1000)*(3.5%-1.5%)+MIN(D2,25)*(8.75%-3.5%),2)

I'm using it to calculate my final value fees in eBay. I want to create a spreadsheet that can be used by multiple users.
