Edit PDFs from within your web app using Zoho Office Integrator

We are excited to introduce PDF editing capabilities in Zoho Office Integrator. You can now open, edit, and collaborate on PDFs from within your web app—in addition to documents, spreadsheets, and presentations—and save them in your configured storage location. 

Highlights of PDF editing API 

  • Edit PDFs: Easily add or replace text and images in your PDFs. You can customize the text's style, font, color, and more in your PDFs. Highlight key information or white out existing content.
  • Co-edit PDFs: Collaboratively edit PDFs with your team. Share PDFs with granular permissions like view, comment, edit, and share.
  • Advanced PDF editing options: Transform your PDFs into interactive fillable forms with fillable and signature fields. You can also add automatic fields to dynamically populate appropriate values in your PDFs.
  • Organize PDF pages: Easily rotate or reorder your PDF's pages
  • Export PDFs: Share your PDFs as an image, fillable PDF form, or a password-protected PDF.

How to use the PDF Editor API   

To edit PDF documents with this API, you'll have to specify the:
  • Unique API key to identify your web app
  • Location of the PDF, or its URL
  • The output format and storage location in which the edited PDF needs to be saved. (You can save the edited PDF as a PDF or a PDFForm)
