I am setting up Z Books items and have custom fields for item variables. Many of the names are too long for our report printouts, but I cannot edit them becuase they of the following message:
- The custom field option is in use with some transaction(s) and hence, cannot be edited or deleted.
I understand the principle yet following the trails back to the transactions is impracticable as it represents a huge amount of hours to set things up. There must be a work around!!! Also a method to re-order the drop down values.
