Email Signature and Templates Problems - Please respond asap



Hello,

 
We are having numerous issues with Zoho emails.
 
1.  Signatures are not inserted into emails we send our potentials if we aren't using a pre-defined email template.  We want our signatures to appear in ALL emails we send out through Zoho.  How can we make this happen (and fast)?  And there is no "insert signature" button we can press on the individual emails.  We have to copy and paste our signature every single time.  Not having signatures work unless using a template doesn't make sense.  Especially if we are just sending a "Hey, how are you doing?" email.
 
2.  When sending an email through Zoho, one of our users has his login name appearing in the "From" field of the email.  For example, if the person's name is Joe Smith and his user name is jsmith123, it appears as "jsmith123 [ jsmith@company.com]."  We want it to appear as "Joe Smith [ jsmith@company.com]."  How can we fix this?
 
3.  As of Monday, all of the email templates we had previously set up in our system no longer have attachments.  They just disappeared.  We are re-attaching as we find them.  Can you tell me what happened?  (And hopefully make sure it doesn't happen again?)
