Was looking to add Billing Entity ID as a placeholder in a ZoHo email template.


e.g. the placeholder for Account would be ${Cases.Account Name}


Is there a placeholder I can use for Billing Entity ID in the email template?

If not, what would a potential workaround look like? e.g. using a custom function instead.
